Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We offer two ways to buy: one-time purchase and subscription (“Subscribe & Save”).
One-time purchase
You pay once for the items in your order. No future charges are made.
Subscription
- When you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the delivery frequency you selected (for example, every [30/60/90] days) until you cancel.
- Your first order is charged and shipped at checkout. Later orders are charged on each renewal date.
- Subscription pricing and any discounts are shown on the product page and at checkout. [We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect.]
- If a payment fails, we may retry and may pause or cancel your subscription if it keeps failing.
Managing your subscription
You can change your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, update your payment method or address, or cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription page on our Site, or by emailing support@bodywisecare.com .
How to cancel
Cancel at least [48 hours] before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next order. Cancellations take effect for future orders only. Orders already charged or shipped are not cancelled, and refunds follow our Refund Policy. You will receive a confirmation email after cancelling.
Bundles
Bundles are priced as shown at checkout and follow our Refund Policy.
